Garage-punk band from Moscow. Founded in 2007. The idea was just to play raw punk and rock-n-roll as we all heard on New York Dolls early demos. Andrey worked in music mag and played bass in friendly heavy metal band. And suddenly understood – he’s got something to say. Each song is a true story about streets, girls, drugs and so on. Mess. played lots of gigs in Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Kyiv, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod. Some of gigs they can hardly remember. In 2010 the band recorded 1-st LP ‘Mess’ and went on tour. After long pause they returned to the scene with saxophonist and new songs. LP ‘Lucky One’ was recorded at exellent ‘Music street studio’, which was later – destroyed by city government.

SO… LONG STORY SHORT, HERE ARE SOME CLIPS OF ME w/ TRASH TALK & SOME CRAZY JAPANESE PUNK/HARDCORE BANDS B/C WE JUST MENTIONED JAPAN TICKETS WERE CHEAP… SO I BOOKED ONE AND SAID FUCK IT AND WENT TO JAPAN FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS. HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS.
Rise Against is an American punk band. In this song, the band leaves out the heavy guitars and keeps it simple with mostly just an acoustic comp guitar and vocals. Still, the song remains full of raw power. Beautiful song to say the least.
I wanted some more Mofungo on youtube. They’re definitely an overlooked band, active from 1982-1992. The only thing the hipsters hear from them nowadays is “Hunter Gatherer” from Vol2 of New York Noise comp.
Their Frederick Douglass album can still be found in used bins around. All their albums were good.
“Wage Slave” is from their second album, Out of Line. Appearing are Elliott Sharp, Willie Klein, A.C. Chubb, Robert Sietsema, Chris Nelson, Jeff McGovern. The line-up of the band would change after this album with only Willie Klein and Robert Sietsema left to find other members. Elliott Sharp would appear on Frederick Douglass, too.
Freehand drawing and digitizing of a peacock, photographed and pieced together with great music by The Agrarians, “No Punk Blues”, found in Free Music Archive. I do not monetize my videos, ever, and the sound is only to enhance the viewing experience.
This one, in particular, really makes the art!
The point of these videos is to show how embroidery designs flow when sewing out, and art for the sake of art..!
I hope you will enjoy it.. Anne’s Embroidery digitizing and embroidery videos…
